Mike Ferrer, CCIM has arranged seven industrial and office leases totaling 184,769 square feet in metro Charleston. Ferrer represented the landlord in all of the transactions. The details of the transactions are below:
- L&W Supply signed a 15,000-square-foot lease renewal at 4301 Dorchester Road, an industrial building in North Charleston. Lee Allen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
- Ferguson Enterprises signed a 16,250-square-foot lease renewal at 4301 Dorchester Road. Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
- Liberty Cedar signed a new 16,250-square-foot lease at 4301 Dorchester Road. Ferrer also represented both the tenant in the transaction.
- Kontaine Logistics signed a lease extension for its 30,000-square-foot industrial space, located at 1023 Legrand Boulevard in Charleston. Hagood Morrison of Colliers International represented the tenant.
- Bibliolabs expanded its office sublease to 7,269 square feet at 100 Calhoun St. in Charleston. Peter Fennelly of Colliers International represented the tenant.
- Coastal Logistics Group signed a 100,000-square-foot lease expansion and extension at 2725 W. Fifth St., an industrial building in Summerville. Bob Robers of Transwestern represented the tenant.
