Woodstock I
Ferrer arranged Horizon Forrest Products’ 24,000-square-foot lease renewal at Woodstock I Industrial Park, located at 4301 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Todd Garrett of Avison Young represented the tenant.

Ferrer arranged A&M Precision Measuring Services’ 14,850-square-foot lease at Woodstock II Industrial Park, located at 4115 Dorchester Road in North Charleston.
