| *Job Description: | Ferrer Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has assembled a comprehensive internship program aimed at developing young minds while exposing them to every facet of the Commercial Real Estate brokerage profession. Interns will receive one on one instruction from a licensed Real Estate broker as well as training on various systems, tools, software and other industry essentials.
With these tools, interns will be taught the underlying principles of real estate Valuation and Brokerage, including all the composite elements needed to market an asset as well as prospect for new clients and business opportunities. Interns will be required to work 4-8 hours per week. Capstone Project Assemble comprehensive Charleston Market analysis for their assigned market specialty (i.e office, Industrial, Multi-fam, Retail) due upon completion of your internship. In addition to retaining access to this document, the Interns will also be allowed to keep the Contact database they build so that they have a firm local market contact list to begin their careers. |
| *Qualifications: | The overarching goal of this program is to give college Juniors and Seniors real world experience, with goal setting, problem-solving and meeting deadlines all in the faced paced world of Commercial Real Estate. Interns who excel will have an opportunity to stay on for an additional semester or potentially permanent employment upon graduation. |
