CCIM Designation: What Is It & Is It Right For You?
I receive many questions from new brokers regarding the CCIM designation I put beside my name in the signature of my emails, on my business cards, and on my website.
As most commercial real estate investors instantly recognize these 4 letters, it is important for any broker looking to expand their business into the commercial industry to familiarize themselves with the term as well.
CCIM means a few simple things: I’m a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), I’m intertwined with an elite group of industry leaders, and I’m highly educated in both the theory and the practice of commercial real estate.
